30-year-old hairdresser Joey Lai has been giving free haircuts to a different kind of clientele… the homeless who live on the streets of Kuala Lumpur.
She can often be spotted on the grounds of Pasar Seni with the tools of her trade in hand – a pair of scissors and an electric shaver.
