Elderly couple forced to destroy garden

Elderly Clitheroe couple, Heather and Derek Allison have been forced to destroy their colourful garden blooms costing thousands of pounds because Lancashire County Council highways said the plants restricted access to passers by.

The couple removed the award-winning plantars and have been left in tears by LCC's alleged threatening behaviour.
