Hind Hassan interviews Yahya Sinwar, the Hamas leader of Gaza. The territory is currently governed by the Palestinian militant group. Sinwar is a former member of the group’s armed wing who spent more than 20 years in an Israeli prison after being convicted of abducting and killing two Israeli soldiers. He was released in a 2011 prisoner swap.

Correction: Starting at 0:53, the translation is not 100% accurate.
