INGREDIENTS ARE

CAULIFLOWER - 250 GMS
POTATO - 1 NOS.
ONIONS - 1 NOS. LONG CUT
TOMATO - 1 NOS. CHOPPED
GARLIC PASTE - 1 TSP
CURRY LEAVES
CUMIN SEEDS - 1 TBSP
TURMERIC POWDER - 1/2 TSP
RED CHILLI POWDER - 1 TSP
CORIANDER POWDER 1/2 TSP
GARAM MASALA POWDER - 1/2 TSP
HINGS - 2 PINCH
CORIANDER LEAVES

METHOD:
-heat the oil in a pan
-put cumin seeds and curry leaves.
-put green chillies.saute it.
-add onions,fry till light brown.
-add garlic paste
-add tomato saute it for 2 minutes.
-put turmeric powder, red chilli powder and coriander powder.
-add potatos and cauliflower.
-put water and cover and cook for 5 minutes.
-Add garam masala powder and coriander leaves.
- serve hot with chapati
