NSW Premier defends timing of lockdown decision

There were 30 new locally acquired cases of COVID-19 recorded in New South Wales up to 8pm last night, with 52-thousand people tested in the latest reporting period. The Premier Gladys Berejiklian defended the timing of the decision because of the health advice provided.
