NSW farmer hit by restrictions makes 25,000 jars of strawberry jam

A farmer on the NSW mid north coast is getting nowhere near as many visitors to pick the hundreds of thousands of strawberries on his property. So, instead of letting the fruit go to waste, Anthony Sarks decided to make jam – 25,000 jars of it.
