One of the best ways to get motivation is to put your workout clothes on. Put on a comfy outfit, something that you like and get started. It’s unlikely you’re going to bed once you’re dressed.
Another way is to write down how great you felt after you worked out. So before every work out, read what you wrote in order to remind yourself those post workout adrenaline rushes.
Writing down your goals is also going to help you to keep you motivated to work out. It allows you to keep in mind your achievements.
Make weekly appointments in your calendar. If your workouts are planned ahead, you’ll have more difficulties to cancel them.
Starting a class in a group can also be a good motivation. You’ll have to respect a schedule and motivation is easier to get as a group.
Having a balanced diet will help you to be motivated. Indeed, eating unhealthy food won’t get your body the energy to get through a workout. But if you’re eating well, you’ll want to keep on the healthy lifestyle with a good workout.
