Peshawari Chicken Ingredients

Marination Process
500 gm Chicken
1 tsp Salt
½ tsp Pepper Powder

For making Peshawari Garam Masala
2 Bay Leaves
1 tbsp Cumin Seeds
2 Black Cardamom
½ Mace
2-inch Cinnamon Sticks
½ Nutmeg
1 tbsp Ginger Powder
1 tbsp Black PepperCorns
½ tsp Cloves
3 Green Cardamom
1 tbsp Coriander Seeds
1 tsp Dry Rose Petals
½ tsp Saffron

For the Gravy
2 tsp Oil
1½ tbsp Ginger and Garlic (chopped)
2 Onions (chopped)
½ tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Turmeric powder
2 Tomatoes (chopped)
2 tbsp Peshawari Garam Masala
2 Green Chillies (sliced)
Coriander Leaves (chopped)
2-3 tbsp Curds
3-4 tbsp Water

For Garnish
Ginger juillienes
Tomato juillienes
Coriander Leaves
