Vegetarian Korma Healthy, Less Oil and High in Protien

his is a pure vegetarian, high protein less oily recipe. Specially for Vegetarian, gym goers and people on diet.
This is one of the curry I make when we diet and when my husband goes to gym. Being vegetarian we have limited options and this is one of that.

I have many more recipe, especially approx. 60gm Protein vegetarian ladoo which is better then a scoop of protein shake. Will share the recipe when I get many views and likes on this.
