Home Made Peda's
Ingredients
Mawa/Khoya -250 Gm
Paneer - 150 Gm
Sugar - 1 Cup
Milk 1/3rd Cup
Ghee 1 Table Spoon
Elaichi/ Green Cardamom Powder
Grated Pistachu
Powdered Sugar (For Garnishing/Coating) optional
Steps 1: Add Ghee in Pan
Step2: Add Crumbled Mawa
Step 3: Cook Mawa till it is Brown at slow flame
Step 4: Remove Mawa from Pan
Step 5: Add Crumbled Paneer in same pan
Step 6: Cook for 1 Minutes
Step 7: Add Sugar in Paneer and now cook till it turns light brown at slow flame
Step 8: Grind Paneer and Khoya
Step 9: Add Grinded Paneer and Khoya in Pan
Step 10: Add Milk and cook till everything is mixed and ready for binding
Keep mixing till it becomes Brown and Sticky as shown in video
Make Peda's with Mixture prepared and use Sugar and Pistachu for Garnishing

Please note keep the mixture in Fridge for 30 Mins
I started making peda's while it was Hot that's why shape is not coming properly
