Try this recipe of Veg Manchurian. It is a class of Indo-Chinese dishes made by chopping and deep-frying the vegetables like Cabbage, Cauliflower, Carrot, Capsicum etc. and then sautéing it in a sauce flavoured with soy sauce.
Ingredients
For Manchurian Vegetable Balls
Cabbage 500 Grams
Carrot 250 Grams
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 TSP
All Purpose Flour 2 TBSPs
Corn Starch 4 TBSPs
Ground Black Pepper ½ TSP
Salt 1 TSP
For Gravy
Oil 2 TSPs
Ginger Chopped 1 Root
Garlic Chopped 15 Pods
Green Chilis 3 to 4
Onion 2 Medium Chopped
Finely Diced Carrot and Capsicum
Sauces – Soy Sauce 1 TSP, Green Chili Sauce 1 TSP, Tomato Sauce 2 TSPs
Vinegar 1 TSP
Corn Starch 2 TPSs mixed in 2 TBSPs water to form slurry.
