More than a quarter of all employees affected by unpaid superannuation

The unpaid super is costing each affected worker an average of $1,700 a year and in 2018-2019 Australians missed out on a total of five billion dollars in employer contributions according to Industry Super Australia. Young workers, and those on low wages or in construction, transport and hospitality are most likely to be underpaid super.
