Work is underway to transform one of Britain's oldest hospitals into more than 100 homes

St Bartholomew's hospital in Rochester closed in 2016 and the site has been empty ever since. Whilst councillors in the area welcome the area being put to good use, historians hope they can still maintain some of its rich heritage.
