Hellooooo! Hope you’re all having a good week! Had to reupload this one as the quality was so poor when I originally did it but didn't realize sorry about that - been having a mare with my uploads this week but think I've worked out the issue!

Here’s a little lower body workout including stretches/warm-up/cool-down. This would be a laudably one to do in the garden or at home! My rest time between sets is usually 30-60 secs and around 1-2mins between each exercise. I also included how I often do my hair for the gym to keep it off my face and neck.
