Hi beautiful people - welcome back to my channel! Here's my latest video spending a day with me – v boring haha but hopefully gives you some more insight in to my passion for health and fitness and how I fit it into my lifestyle. Also includes one of my lower body workouts if you want to give it a try.
Warm-up: Foam roll + 5-10 mins on bike increasing tension every minute
Mobility Exercises then onto Glute Activations (not filmed) – Banded Crab Walk, Banded Glute Bridge, Banded Good Mornings x1 min each
Hip Thrusts 20x4
Hip Banded Stiff Leg DL 15x4
Front Foot Elevated Split Squats 15 per leg x4
Kettlebell Deficit Romanian Deadlift 20x3
Reverse Hypers 30x3
Seated Abductions with Sliders (can be done without too) 50x2
Cool-down: Foam roll and lower body stretches (not filmed)
