On January 23, Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray said his party The Shiv Sena will try to expand its footprint outside the state. CM Thackeray said their target is for a national role. Uddhav Thackeray accused the BJP of using Hindutva as per a political convenience. The Chief Minister also mentioned that the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) led by BJP has also got smaller as Akali Dal and Shiv Sena have already walked out. CM Thackeray mentioned that his party had left BJP and not the ideology of Hindutva. CM Thackeray said that Shiv Sena had aligned with BJP as it wanted power for Hindutva and Sena never used Hindutva for the sake of power. Watch the video to know more.
