A MARRIED COUPLE who opened up their relationship after 10 years are now using social media to coach other swingers. VistaWife and VistaHubby, as they are known to their online fans, met as teenagers, and at first, had a "normal vanilla relationship." Then, three years ago, she came out to him as bisexual. She said: "I told him I wanted to explore that side of things, and he was fully supportive. A friend had mentioned a swinging website, so we decided to have a look and get a feel for what it was all about." To the pair's surprise, the people they saw on the site were far from the preconceived idea of swingers they had in mind. VistaWife continued: "Everyone has that same stereotypical idea that swinging is seedy but it's really not. We were surprised by just how many people were on the site, ranging from people in their 20s all the way up to their 70s." From there, they met up with another couple for their first foray into non-monogamy. Since then, they have been happily swinging - usually together, but occasionally they will sleep with other people separately. In a bid to normalise the lifestyle, VistaWife began speaking out on social media. And though she has received a huge amount of support, not everybody is accepting. She said: "We get comments on TikTok saying swinging is just affairs and we're going to end up getting divorced. But marriage is not just about sex, and we're emotionally monogamous to each other." "We're really good at separating sex from love and emotion," VistaHubby added. Now having launched her own website to help coach others new to the world of swinging, VistaWife regularly shares tips and tricks, from how to spot a fake profile to how to handle jealousy. "I wake up to messages all the time from people saying they're interested in swinging but don't know where to start," she said. "I just want people to know it's okay to want more."Follow VistaWife at https://www.instagram.com/vistawife/?hl=en and https://www.tiktok.com/@vista.wife?lang=en
