‘Knockout City’ goes free to play up to level 25, server fixes incoming

In fairness to the developer behind ‘Knockout City’, Velan studios has pretty much done everything possible to make its new ‘Dodgebrawl’ game available to anyone who might like to try it. Everything except going free to play, which is what they’re trying next… sort of.
