Concerns over a lack of a solution to NDIS funding cuts

Prime Minister Scott Morrison has apologised for a comment he made about children with disabilities. He says he meant no offence when during the first leader's debate he said he was "blessed" not to have a child with a disability. The comment came in response to a question from a mother of a child with autism about NDIS funding cuts.
