I love buffalo cauliflower wings so much sometimes I lose count of how much I can eat them in a day. This spicy cauliflower wings recipe is also keto friendly.
What makes these cauliflower bites stand out is the combination of crispy baked cauliflower coated with this delicious hot sauce and dipped into creamy vegan aioli. YUM!


To make this vegan buffalo cauliflower wings, you’ll need :
1 medium head cauliflower
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1 cup vegan bread crumbs



HOT SAUCE:
15 gr butter
1 cup hot sauce
1/2 cup water
1 tsp vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tbsp maple syrup


BUFFALO CAULIFLOWER DIP :
1/3 cup avocado oil
30 gr unsweetened soy milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp mustard
5 garlic
