I guess everyone already familiar with eggs benedict. This perfect eggs benedict is such a great dish for breakfast or brunch.
The hollandaise sauce and the poached eggs need to be done right, and here I show you how to make poached eggs using 1 week old eggs.
If the hollandaise sauce is curdled, crack one egg yolk, add to the sauce and whisk well. When the sauce is thick enough to coat the back of a spoon, that's the right consistency.
