Diabetes Drug Leads To, Significant Weight Loss

Researchers with Yale University recently published the results of their study in the
'New England Journal of Medicine.'.
The diabetes drug tirzepatide was the focus of the study, which also included calorie restriction and 150 minutes of weekly exercise.
Nearly 95 percent of the participants were classified as obese when the study began.
91 percent of the participants who were given the highest dose of the drug lost
five percent or more of their body weight.
