Brethren - album Brethren 1970

  • 2 anni fa
First of two albums released by American folk-country-rock band Brethren. Folk rock, mixed with country and a dash of gospel, with some religiously theme tracks, as well as some Southern rock feel, blue-eyed soul accents, some swamp rock and some jazzy flavors. Extensive use of pedal steel guitar provided by Rusty Young, the girl group The Blossoms for several tracks on backing vocals, Dr. John playing keyboards as a guest, and someone called Patrick on piano on track 7.
