UP: Heavy rainfall triggers waterlogging in Kanpur

Heavy rainfall continues to wreak havoc in Kanpur city of Uttar Pradesh on September 21. The downpour triggered severe waterlogging in the parts of city. Many roads were submerged in the water. The underpass too got waterlogged affecting the traffic movement.
