Sticky rice cake, also known as ciba in Chinese, is a popular street snack made from sticky glutinous rice. Though it doesn’t require many ingredients, it’s tough work to pound it into a paste before it’s steamed. We visited a local store in Guizhou, to learn more about the art behind this simple-looking snack.
