DANGEROUS WATERS

The Pulangbato River in Barangay Malabo in Valencia, Negros Oriental continues to swell due to heavy downpour on Saturday, Oct. 29, 2022 as Severe Tropical Storm Paeng continues to dump moderate to heavy rains. Despite this, clearing operations are ongoing on the road leading to the village as it has become impassable to all types of vehicles.
