Easily Transfer Newspaper Text To Nails

This manicure uses newspaper to transfer text onto nails. First, apply a contrasting base color to the nails. Cut small pieces of newspaper and then dip the pieces into water or hydrogen peroxide. Carefully press the newspaper clippings onto the nails for a few seconds. Then peel to reveal the design. Finish off with a topcoat.
