Make Your Own Massage Oil and Cream with Beetroot

In this video, I am going to show you how to make beetroot oil and beetroot cream at home. Beetroot is a great source of nutrients and vitamins, and makes a great natural cream and oil.
I am using aloe vera and sunflower oil to make the beetroot cream, and will also be adding in some blue pea flowers.
