Fire in unregistered Russian home for elderly kills 11

Footage released on Saturday (Dec 24) by the Russian Emergencies Ministry showed firefighters battling a blaze at an unregistered home for the elderly in the Siberian city of Kemerovo, Russia.

The fire had broke out on Friday (Dec 23) and killed 11 people.
