Govt to end super loophole preventing child sexual assault victims from compensation

The federal government is advancing its plan to close a loophole, which lets convicted child abusers hide their assets in superannuation. Currently, perpetrators who are being pursued for damages can sell property and other assets, and put their money into super, which is protected from compensation claims.
