00:00 Hello, my name is Lucille Bach. I'm the mother of two daughters, age 3 and 6, and I have a 4-year-old dressage horse.
00:08 I joined Delimotion six years ago as a Technical Senior Project Manager, and today I'm the VP of Operations.
00:15 With my amazing team of 10 project managers, we define rituals, processes, and tools to facilitate collaboration
00:24 and ensure the right delivery, successful delivery of our roadmap.
00:29 Product management in a tech company is definitely the best.
00:33 It's an environment where it's common and usual to test, change, and challenge things.
00:39 And here at Delimotion, we also have a strong sponsorship from the top management.
00:43 Two years ago, we built our own framework to better answer our needs and ambitions.
00:48 We wanted to reduce entropy, to minimize work in parallel, to empower the team more, and to reduce our time to market.
00:57 So far, we're pretty satisfied, but we keep learning and we keep collecting feedback from the team.
01:04 There's always room for improvement.
01:06 Our mission is to support all teams' business, product, and engineering.
01:11 That's a diversity of profiles and skills we have to understand and to adapt to, to understand their needs and expectations.
01:19 It's a very enriching experience.
01:21 The roadmap is a living artifact.
01:24 Anytime we have to ensure it reflects Delimotion's strategy,
01:28 that we dedicate the right number of people to the right topics depending on the priorities,
01:34 that people here at Delimotion always have a clear understanding of what they are doing, why,
01:40 and what will be the overall impact on our business, to make everything meaningful.
01:45 Even if Delimotion is a French company, people willing to join us have to speak English.
01:50 I'm not necessarily looking for the most talented or certified project managers,
01:56 but for the best team player, open-minded, curious, and willing to learn one.
02:03 Of course, knowledge of agile methodologies and a deep understanding of what agility truly is, is a plus.
