Glasgow teen made it to the Future Chef national finals

16-year-old Amber from Glasgow worked under the mentorship of award-winning west end chef Gary Townsend from 1 Devonshire Gardens to reach the final stage of the national competition.

Amber was crowned the winner of both local and regional stages before making her way to London to compete in the finals.
