How to cook Lula-Kebab with the Kebab Grill.

00:00 Hi, today we are preparing Lula Kebab.
00:13 To do this we need the following.
00:17 Six pounds of ground lamb.
00:21 One pound of ground lamb fat.
00:26 Thoroughly mix the lamb fat with the ground lamb.
00:32 Finely chop a half pound of onions.
00:52 Add onions.
01:01 Add three tablespoons of salt.
01:14 Add two tablespoons ground black pepper.
01:26 Add two tablespoons ground cumin.
01:36 Add two tablespoons of ground coriander.
01:41 Mix everything thoroughly.
01:53 Once completed, put mixture into a fridge for a couple hours.
01:58 Then make meatballs, about five to six ounces each.
02:10 Moisten hands in warm water constantly to prevent meatballs sticking to your hands.
02:17 Skewer the meatball right in the middle.
02:22 And begin squeezing it while turning the skewer constantly.
02:30 There shouldn't be any holes or cracks in the meat.
02:39 Press edges of the meat.
02:54 Once coals are ready, spread Lula Kebab on the Mangal grill.
03:00 Use a bottle of water with a hole in the lid to keep the flames down.
03:12 Cook Lula Kebab for two minutes on each of the four sides.
