00:00 Hey guys, welcome back to Full of Bites. I'm Jessica and today we're going to show you
00:03 guys how to make a yummy dinner that your guests will definitely think that you picked
00:07 this up at a restaurant or something. So prepare yourself for our version of Italian Sausages,
00:11 Pepper and Onions Pasta. Let's go! First, slice up one red pepper, one green pepper,
00:17 one yellow pepper, and one yellow onion. In a large enough pot, add one tablespoon of
00:22 olive oil. While that's heating up, take out the pot you normally cook your noodles in
00:27 and fill it with water. We'll be using thin spaghetti for this dish. Let that cook until
00:31 the noodles are done. Now go ahead and dump in your chopped vegetables to the heated pot.
00:36 On medium high heat, saute for about 3 to 4 minutes or so. In the meantime, you have
00:41 the option to chop up your smoked sausages like so. Or you can keep them whole, but I
00:45 will warn you now, it does take longer to cook that way. Check on the noodles like so.
00:59 Stir those veggies up and then add a teaspoon and a half of minced garlic. Now dump in a
01:09 half teaspoon of white vinegar. Next, add in 1/4 teaspoon of ground black pepper. Check
01:23 on the noodles again. If they feel hard, continue to cook. Let's add in the sausages. While
01:36 that's cooking, check back on the noodles. They should be about done. So now carefully
01:40 drain and set them aside. Continue cooking the sausages until they're fully done. Let's
01:47 crack these babies open. You'll need one can of diced tomatoes and one jar of prego
01:51 spicy sauce. Add both sauces to the pot and continue to cook on medium low. Dump in the
02:06 cooked noodles and carefully mix it around, fully coating it as much as possible. But
02:10 don't over stir. Now for the final ingredient. Add dashes of parmesan cheese and leave it
02:19 covered and cooking for an additional 5 minutes. You're all done. Enjoy guys and see you all
02:24 again on Full Up Bites.
