00:20 We have been eating Indian and Pakistani Pulao and Biryani.

00:34 Today's recipe is a very authentic Afghani recipe.

00:49 So let's start and see the ingredients.
00:53 For the ingredients we need chicken.
00:56 I am using one whole chicken.
00:59 You can use beef or mutton.
01:04 I have soaked 4 cups of rice.

01:15 1/2 tsp cardamom powder.

01:52 1/4 tsp turmeric.
01:55 3 tbsp salt.
01:57 1.5 tbsp chopped garlic.
02:01 1.5 lb julienned carrot.
02:06 1 cup raisin.
02:08 1.5 cup oil.
02:11 You can use ghee if you want.
02:13 And we need sugar.
02:16 I am using a little more than 1 cup sugar.

02:27 About 1/2 cup oil.
