00:10 viewers today i m sharing with you a recipe of crispy fried fish
00:14 this is a different recipe from lahori fish,amritsari fish or spicy fried fish in karachi
00:22 and its a very crispy and delicious recipe

00:32 for crispy fried fish i have taken fish fillets
00:39 these are very long fish fillets
00:42 i have cut them in 3 pieces
00:47 they are very thick and skinless
00:56 i have taken 1 kg fish fillets
01:01 for marination we need 1 tsp black pepper
01:07 1 tsp salt
01:09 but you can adjust it according to your taste
01:16 1 tsp garlic paste
01:21 1 tsp mustard paste
01:25 4 tbsp lemon juice
01:30 1 cup plain flour
01:38 4 tbsp corn flour
01:46 1/4 tsp baking soda
01:51 1/2 tsp garlic powder
01:55 1/2 tsp salt
02:00 1 tsp white pepper powder
02:04 but you can adjust it according to your taste
02:08 oil for deep fry
02:12 for crispiness we need
02:17 2 tbsp corn meal
02:20 i have crushed the plain corn flakes
02:28 1 cup bread crumbs
02:37 first we will marinate the fish for 1 hour
02:43 add lemon juice
02:50 you can add 2,3 tbsp vinegar
02:57 add crushed black pepper
03:06 add salt
03:08 add garlic paste
03:15 and add mustard paste
03:22 mix it well
03:34 use your hands to mix it,make sure you wash your hands before mixing it.

03:48 now we will wrap it with cling film and put it in fridge for 1 hour.

04:08 add bread crumbs
04:13 add corn meal
04:19 mix it well,it will give extra crispiness to our fish.
04:28 take a big bowl and add all dry ingredients for coating

04:35 1 cup all purpose flour
04:38 4 tbsp corn starch or corn flour
04:44 garlic powder
04:50 baking powder
04:57 salt
04:59 white pepper and salt
05:07 you can use crushed red chillies or red pepper powder instead of white pepper
05:16 add cold water in a bowl
05:22 and prepare a batter,it should neither be too thick nor too thin.

05:31 there should be no lumps in the batter
05:41 you can see the consistency of the batter
05:49 it should neither be too thick nor too thin
05:52 it will easily coat the fish

05:59 now we will coat the fish with the batter

07:43 put it in the crumbs
07:47 coat it in the crumbs
07:53 and drain it

08:13 remove all the excess water
08:23 and put it in the bread crumbs

08:37 and put it in the bread crumbs
08:39 drain the excess water
08:45 and put it in a plate
08:47 i will do all the fillets in the same way and then i will fry it.
08:53 i have coated all the fillets and the batter is left a little bit.
09:02 you can keep it in the fridge and fry it the next day.
09:08 and you can dip it in the batter and make crispy fritters.
09:14 you can also dip the boneless pieces in the batter and make fried chicken.
09:20 or you can dip the prawns in the batter and make fried prawns.

09:29 i have already heated the oil in a pan.it is very hot.
09:34 check it by dropping the batter in the hot oil.
09:43 as soon as it dropped in the oil it came up immediately.
09:48 so we need only this much hot oil.
09:51 after putting the fish fillets in the pan,we will reduce the flame.
09:59 now we will put the fish in the pan.
10:05 do not overcrowd it.we will make it in small batches.
10:25 i am turning the flame from medium to low.
10:31 we will fry it in the same way.
10:34 because we need to fry it inside out.
10:38 we need to keep the fish in the pan.
10:41 so it is very important to keep the flame low.
10:46 we will fry it for 5 mins from one side and then we will turn it.
10:54 so i have turned it after 4,5 mins.
10:59 and i am frying it on medium to low flame.
11:05 so all the fried fish are ready.
11:08 now we will dish out it.
11:10 so our crispy fried fish is ready.
11:14 it is very tasty and crispy.
11:18 you can hear the sound of it.
11:23 so we will serve it with fries.
11:27 and we have put some turmeric and curry leaves chutney and ketchup on it.
11:35 you can squeeze some lemon on it.
11:42 and we will sprinkle some chaat masala on it.
11:47 i am sprinkling some chaat masala on it.
11:53 and we will sprinkle some chaat masala on the french fries.
11:58 it will be more tasty.
12:01 and i have dipped 2,3 french fries in the same batter and fried it.
12:12 so you can see they are also dipped in the batter and fried.
