Yellow Gold Eye Makeup Tutorial

00:00 Hi guys, today I wanted to do a golden kind of black look and I'm really excited about

00:22 It has big lashes and a smoky crease and underneath and just a beautiful shimmery metallic gold
00:32 and the main star of this video is a NYX pigment and it's called Yellow Gold.

00:43 Hey guys, and first we're going to start off with priming our eyes with painterly paint
00:51 pot from MAC.
00:52 We're going to take a flat brush and just put that all over the lid and make sure we're
01:00 getting the inner corner and even below the brow bone.
01:04 Then we're going to take soft brown from MAC, one of my favorite transisting colors, and
01:09 a big fluffy sigma brush and just blend that in for our transition shade all the way up
01:17 to the brow.
01:18 Then we're going to use this card trick.
01:22 I love this.

01:29 And I'm just going to take my smaller blending brush and this black shade from Wet n Wild
01:36 and just create that crisp look in the crease with that card.
01:44 Make sure you're really getting in that crease to create dimension.
01:48 And you'll see when I pull away how cool the look is by using the card trick.
01:58 And it's awesome and precise and clean and perfect and I'm so excited how that turned
02:03 out.
02:04 Next I'm going to take soft brown again and make sure it's above the black.
02:08 And then I'm going to take the highlight of the show.
02:10 This is yellow gold from NYX and I'm going to use my finger so it's most pigmented and
02:16 there's less fallout.
02:17 And I'm just going to put that all over the lid and in the inner corner for a beautiful
02:22 metallic glow.
02:28 I really love how this turned out.
02:30 It is so pretty.
02:34 I'm going to blend a little bit more and then I'm going to take this lighter goldy pale
02:42 shade and put it under for a highlight under the brow using a flat top mac brush.
02:52 Next I'm going to take that black shade again and a smaller precise brush and just put that
02:57 underneath my eyes.
02:59 Just smoke it out, give it a little bit of balance between the upper lid and the bottom
03:05 lid.
03:06 And then I'm just going to use some coats of mascara on the top lashes and the bottom
03:10 lashes.
03:11 I'm going to use covergirl clump crusher mascara.
03:30 Next I'm going to use kiss lashes and have my black glue and precisely put it on my lower
03:37 on my upper lash line and using tweezers adjusting it.
03:41 Then I'm going to clean up some brown and black smudging that I got around my eyes.
03:47 And then I'm going to clean everything up with my mac pro long wear concealer with a
03:52 flat top brush.
03:53 I'm going to precisely put this underneath my eyes cleaning up any fallout, cleaning
03:58 up the dark circles under my eyes and making sure everything is precise.
04:01 Then I'm going to take my sigma brush and just clean that up and blend that into my
04:07 skin making a flawless appearance.
04:15 And there's the finish I love.
04:16 I am obsessed.
04:17 I love it so much.
04:18 It's beautiful.
04:19 Now on to the rest of my face.
04:21 I'm going to take this mac blush.
04:24 It is so pretty and glistening.
04:25 I'm just going to put that onto my cheekbones.
04:28 And then I'm going to take hoola bronzer and contour precisely with a small fluffy brush.
04:34 And then I'm going to do my nose for a contour as well.
04:37 And then in the end I'm going to blend it all with my sigma brush so everything is blended.
04:42 There I am just fixing my hair.
04:44 And there I am blending everything with my sigma brush so everything looks like it's
04:47 together.
04:48 Then I'm going to take this mauve-y kind of lip pencil and I'm going to line my lips.
05:07 Taking the angel, the shade angel from MAC and putting it all over my lips.
