Mila Kunis Smokey Eye Tutorial

00:00 Hey guys, so on today's video I'm going to be doing an inspired look for you guys.
00:10 I'm going to be recreating Mila Kunis' brown, golden brown, smoky eye that she does on a
00:16 lot of red carpets.
00:17 I thought I would recreate this look because I also like to do smoky eye looks on my eyes,
00:22 especially at night when I go out.
00:24 Because I just think it compliments brown eyes really, really well.
00:27 I don't want to talk so much in the intro, so why don't we just get on.
00:29 Let's get to the tutorial.
00:33 The first thing I'm starting out with is a concealer/highlighter pencil and I'm applying
00:37 it along my brows.
00:38 And then I'm also applying it onto my lid just to even it out.
00:42 And I'm blending it with a makeup sponge.
00:44 This also helps to make your eyebrows look more groomed and perfect.
00:49 And then I'm going in with my LORAC Pro Palette.
00:51 I'm using a medium brown shade in the color Sable and I'm applying that to my lids.
00:57 After that, I'm going to take Taupe from the palette which is a lighter brown color and
01:01 I'm applying that into my crease.
01:05 After that's done, I'm taking Espresso from the palette which is a darker brown color
01:09 and I'm using that in my outer V area and I'm just kind of shaping the outer V and then
01:14 I'm also adding as much as I'd like to intensify it however much I want to.
01:28 Afterwards I'm going to take this metallic golden brown color from this palette which
01:34 is no longer available, but you can find a similar color in the Naked 2 palette and I'm
01:39 applying that over my lid just to make the look more metallic.
01:45 After that, I'm using the other side of that brush and I'm going to take this golden eyeshadow,
01:49 it's really really pretty and I'm applying that into the inner corner along my bottom
01:53 lash line and then also dragging it towards the middle of the lid.
02:00 Once that's done, I'm going back in with the Espresso color, that dark brown color and
02:03 I'm applying it to the rest of my lower lash line and blending it through.
02:09 To kind of smoke it out a bit, I'm going to take my crease brush and I'm going to basically
02:13 smoke out the lower lash line.
02:17 Once that's done, I'm going to use an eyeliner and I'm just going to place it into my waterline
02:22 for a darker, more dramatic look.
02:26 Once that's done, you can apply your concealer.
02:27 I'm using the same concealer pencil and I'm just applying it along the bottom just to
02:31 kind of clean up the look.
02:35 And again, I'm going to blend it out but I'm using a concealer/blending brush that I really
02:40 really like to use and I'm just blending it out with that.
02:49 Once that's done, I'm going to go in with my liquid liner and I'm going to align my
02:52 eyes.
03:02 Once that's done, I'm going to take an eyelash curler and curl my lashes.
03:06 After that, I'm using a lengthening and volumizing mascara.
03:10 Any kind will do and I'm just applying it to my top and bottom lashes.
03:14 And then this is the part where you can also apply false lashes but I'm preferring to skip
03:18 that step just because I hate having to apply false lashes.
03:22 But now, we're going to go on to the face makeup.
03:24 I'm taking a contour color which is just a dark brown color and mine is a matte blush
03:30 and I'm applying that to my cheekbones and then I'm blending it out with a buffer brush.
03:39 After that, I'm applying a peachy pink blush to my cheeks.
03:45 Once that's done, I'm taking a golden toned highlighter.
03:48 This is actually from a NARS palette.
03:50 I forgot the name of it but it's really pretty and I'm just applying it over that blush and
03:54 then to the areas that I want to have a golden highlight.
03:57 Afterwards, the lips, we're going to go ahead and line and fill them with a nude colored
04:02 liner.
04:06 And then you can either keep this look matte or you can apply a gloss and I'm just applying
04:11 a golden gloss over the top of that just to kind of give it a little bit of a fuller more
04:17 plump look.
04:18 So as you can see, I'm just applying the lip gloss in the middle of my lips and then just
04:21 kind of spreading it throughout.
04:25 After that, the look is complete!
