00:00 Hi my sugar pups! It's Friday so today I am going to talk I don't know about what,
00:11 about anything and everything. First of all my nails. So some of you might know
00:22 if you follow me on Instagram or even from here that apart from my passion for
00:32 makeup and skincare I have a great passion for nails. I am trained in all
00:40 sorts of aspects of gel nails and I just love it. I never have burn nails and
00:49 lately I neglected my creative side shall I say. I used to love doing
00:57 different nail arts but yeah lately it's been just plain plain plain and I was
01:06 looking on Pinterest the other day and I have my own board with nails and I saw
01:12 someone's nails done in sort of that design which is like a cherry blossom
01:19 and I thought well I try to do that. It was extremely difficult. This is all done
01:24 with gelish and some bits of shellac as well so this is extremely difficult. If any of
01:32 you out there do gel nails you will know that while they're still tacky and you
01:38 have to do the art you have to keep putting it in and out of the lamp
01:41 otherwise it all goes into one. So yeah it took me a long time but yeah I quite
01:48 like it. I think they are quite cute. Don't go with anything now I shall just
01:53 be I should be wearing just green or pink but yes I have I have great passion
01:59 for nails and and I've started posting some pictures on Instagram on nails so

02:11 week I've been loving this lip combo which is all drags I would believe so I
02:19 use the Rimmel Eastern Snob but you need to fill your lips in a bit I think I
02:28 didn't fill mine properly. Then L'Oreal Color Rich in 303 Rose Tender or
02:39 tender rose. It's a beautiful pearly light pink and on top of that
02:50 Barriere lip gloss which is do they have number four and this lip lip gloss is
02:58 you know one of those milky bluey pinks which I love. Yeah so that's been my
03:09 combo that I've been loving this week. Also blush wise which I'm wearing today
03:16 as well my favorite this week's been Illamasqua in Sophie. Illamasqua has
03:23 this whole collection in Sophie. Okay so that's the blush it is I would say
03:31 corally pink with shimmer and they are very pigmented but you can really sheer
03:43 them out so that's the Illamasqua Sophie. Now another thing that I have bought
03:51 this week and I am in love with is the Rimmel Color Rush lasting finish color
04:00 rush you know one of those crayons and mine is in 100 I think. Give me a cuddle.
04:14 Right I have never been into those I thought I want my lipstick to be a
04:21 traditional lipstick you know don't want crayons and all that and I've tried I
04:27 think Revlon one ages ago and I didn't really like it but when I swatched this
04:34 one I like the color you know this beautiful like a peachy pink and I
04:40 swatched it was so so shiny so I thought well I buy it. Well I did not realize that
04:47 it actually stains your lips as well so even when your gloss the lip color wears
04:54 off your lips are a bit stained and I'm not sure if I like that I rather reapply
05:00 my lipstick that have my lips stained because even after I wash my makeup off
05:06 went to bed got up in the morning my lips look still quite peachy and where I
05:12 swatched it on my hand as well I had a bit of a peachy color there so if you
05:18 like that that it stains your lips buy it but I really really like you let me
05:23 swatch it for you it's a gorgeous color it looks like you would be very very
05:28 bright but it's not that bright and and it's got a lovely gloss to it so yes
05:37 I've been loving that one and if I leave it for too long I will have it on my
05:42 hand so as you can see I'm very peachy pinky yes the weather is still okay it's
05:49 not as nice as it was for the last two weeks this week's got a bit colder and
05:53 very windy today is quite sunny nice and sunny but I think it's gonna rain later
06:00 so and I'm so sorry to all of you that still have snow in the US so in the US
06:08 Colleen when I watched her vlogs I cannot believe how much snow they still
06:13 have and today I was yesterday was like first day of spring so it's just crazy
06:19 and I know it looks beautiful I always say oh I wish I had snow but I'm sure by
06:23 now you are all really fed up so I hope the spring will come to you soon
06:29 another thing I bought this week is Guerlain gloss and this one is in I don't
06:42 know the number is 464 I'm sure that has a name but I can't see it
06:52 464 I ordered it online and I thought I would like it because you know it has
07:04 this shimmery pinky bluey type of color let me swatch it and here if you look at
07:17 it in a sun it does have a beautiful shin there it is but to be honest it is
07:29 nothing special so I swear I'm never buying lip gloss online ever again
07:35 because you really really need to swatch it and see what they all look beautiful
07:42 in a packaging and yeah it is a nice gloss it's not sticky but it's nothing
07:48 special and you know I said I love NYX glosses and they are very cheap I love
07:53 the smell and they have lots of colors and I like the taste of them but they do
07:58 not last for a long time at all but I still like them I like my MAC dazzle
08:06 glass in like Venus that I really love and I think I should maybe look more at
08:12 dazzle glass because they are not that expensive and quite nice but my
08:17 all-time favorite high-end gloss has to be this Lancome and I don't know if
08:23 they still do it I should really check because I would love a backup it was
08:29 quite expensive for a gloss 22 pounds I think but it's what I love and it has
08:40 amazing staying power and if you told me today you can take just one gloss with
08:47 you that's what I'm taking it's got much more coverage and and the shimmer is
08:57 just beautiful it's quite sticky but it lasts for a very long time and I don't
09:04 know what is the type of the gloss it comes in a silver tube with like a pink
09:10 border here and I just remember the number is 316 and it is called I mean
09:20 the letters are so tiny there even if I got magnifying glass I couldn't see it
09:24 why do they do that but I remember because this name always made me laugh
09:31 it's called pink my ride you know like pink my ride pink my ride so I love it I
09:38 mean look at it you know what colors I like that's just me all over so these
09:44 were my favorite this week I've had a very tough week with foundations so like
09:52 last week I really loved my Asta lift then this week I didn't like it so much
09:57 and I worry with the same thing I don't know what what it is it must be I am

10:08 now our skin must be changing I don't know what it is but how can you like
10:13 something for five days and then not like it again I don't know but I haven't
10:18 liked any foundation this week to be honest any foundation I put on I didn't
10:23 like today I'm wearing my Estee Lauder double wear and I'm always fine with
10:30 that one but it still does not look like I want it to look so what I did it was
10:36 actually quite funny because a couple of few of my not maybe not even my usual
10:45 subscribers new subscribers commented sometimes comment on really old videos
10:51 and these were this couple of comments I can't speak today either so I'm sorry if
10:59 it's all mumbly bumbly yes so couple of those comments were on my review of the
11:13 Lingerie de Peau foundation which I reviewed almost exactly a year ago so I
11:21 went back to that video and I've watched it and I just had a couple of samples

11:32 remembered it I really like this foundation so what I have done I've
11:37 ordered it I don't have it yet it was quite good that I watched that video
11:42 because I don't remember which number I've used I've ordered mine in 03 which
11:48 was something beige I can't remember so yes I might do like a updated review on
11:56 that when I get it and I have used it for a while so you know I love my
12:01 foundations and you can never have enough foundations because as you can
12:06 see some days you like them some days you don't you can mix them and all that
12:11 so I've ordered that and yeah I'm really looking forward to it because I remember
12:17 as much as I like my full coverage foundations sometimes some days when I
12:24 put like a silhouette of double wear I feel a bit caked up and like I don't
12:31 know like too much so I like nice coverage but I don't want it to look
12:36 really heavy and it's so hard to achieve that you know I'm not one of these
12:40 people that will just put concealer here and there just when you where you need
12:45 it no I would like my face to be like just one even canvas I know it's not
12:50 very natural but I seem to be happy only when that's how my base looks so but at
13:00 the same time I do want it to look cakey if you know what I mean so I want it to
13:04 look nice and even but not cakey and even though the Lingerie Depeaux foundation
13:10 is not full coverage and it's so light and somehow adjusts to your face color I
13:17 just seem to remember it still gave me the coverage and you could build it up
13:22 but it didn't look cakey so I'm really looking forward to using it again. What I've been
13:27 enjoying as well this week I just happened to come across one day on
13:34 YouTube Chelsea Lately show and Ellen show and of course we don't get it here
13:40 we get it probably on some obscure channels that I don't often watch but
13:46 yeah I forgot that I can watch things like this on YouTube and I have been quite
13:50 addicted I've been watching Ellen and Chelsea Lately a lot and I know I think
13:59 for some of you Chelsea Lately might be a bit out there and rude and I don't
14:12 know but that is my sense of humor that's I would like to hang out with her
14:19 so yeah so you can imagine I could watch her all the time I love the stuff
14:26 she does and and I like that she's so straight-talking as well I don't like
14:32 people I don't like people that are sweet to your face and tell you what you
14:41 want to hear but behind your back is totally different story I like to be
14:48 straight with people and I often say what's on my mind and my husband used to
14:56 say sometimes oh god you can't say that that sounds really rude and I think
15:02 because I don't know if all English people are like that but in England you
15:07 know this this saying that English stiffen up a lip it sort of exists
15:14 people are very very careful not to upset someone so they will never tell
15:21 you anything straight and even if you've done something they upset about it they
15:26 might pull a face or something but will never ever approach it with you at least
15:35 in my case I don't know I have one friend that will tell me as it is she's
15:39 got no problem with that and I like that I rather you told me if you have a
15:43 problem with me if I've done something to upset you because I probably haven't
15:48 done it on purpose you know it could be just the way I come across then let me
15:55 know in a roundabout way if you know what I mean I'm talking a lot with my
15:59 hands today why am I talking about that anyway oh because I was talking about
16:05 Chelsea lately yes so I've been watching that a lot so that's been my favorite
16:11 this week now a book book that I've been reading that I am reading now I'm not
16:18 yet halfway through but I really like it started a bit slow but it's getting a
16:23 bit more interesting now is by Hilary Boyd Tangled Lives and this is a story
16:31 of Annie the main character is Annie happily married with three grown-up kids
16:36 but she has a secret when she was 18 she got pregnant it was like a one-night
16:45 stand and she gave the baby up for adoption and now suddenly out of the
16:51 blue she receives official letter saying that he would like to get in touch
16:58 in touch his founder and he would like to get in touch so he comes back into
17:05 her life and it's basically the consequences of it what the rest of the
17:13 family thinks about it and the cracks in all the relationships start to show it's
17:20 very interesting because you would think if something like this happened to you
17:26 you would just say hey it's a happy day today I've given up my baby for adoption
17:33 when I was very young and he wants to meet me now hooray great but really
17:41 would it be that easy so yeah it's very interesting book so I highly recommend

18:07 and you've been asking for dupes right first of all you can get it from Marks

18:29 one thing I think ah wow sorry I I just I'm just seeing through the window on my
18:39 neighbor's roof huge heron it's amazing I wish I could turn around and show you
18:44 I think it is because my neighbor has a pond with fish in it so the heron helps
18:50 to get some fish amazing Wow anyway so I've been looking for some dupes for you
18:57 I think the one for the darker color one that would be good is Mac's Mac shale
19:06 and now you know the Sigma the new collection from Sigma born to be and is
19:13 the smoke screen palette in there there is three shades the first one is I've
19:21 written it down misty the shade misty looks almost identical to that light one
19:27 and then the darker one would be haze or rave probably haze because rave is more
19:34 brownie haze is more taupey I actually really like the look of this palette so
19:40 I'm looking at this swatches all the time because I might buy it and remember

20:13 two look pretty similar so the dupe for the light pink would be this one which
20:19 is light pink very very similar and then I think for the dark one because
20:26 remember they are both matte would be the one next to it in mauve yeah very
20:38 very similar so I think just this one in my other duo is more pigmented but you
20:47 can build it up but these two as well light pink and mauve from this palette
20:51 would be good dupes for it so yeah definitely this light one is a bit more
21:00 pink than mine in the other palette but very very close these two so I hope that
21:06 helps. What you should do that's what I always do when I'm looking for swatches of
21:09 anything I google the product and swatches so I would google Sigma
21:18 eyeshadow swatches and you get Google images and you get so many different
21:25 swatches and you can then go to that website see reviews is brilliant I use
21:29 it all the time for everything for nails makeup skincare everything so that's a
21:36 really good thing to do so if you go to Google images and put Sigma Born To Be
21:42 smoke screen palette swatches it should all come up and then you can see those
21:46 two and shadows that I just said that are very similar to what I was using

21:59 fine I'm going out tonight that's why I've got a bit of going out makeup on

22:11 the time I don't and it's happened that this month we had quite a few nights out
22:17 but usually it's just once a month and to be honest I like it that way I am so
22:23 content just being with my boys in a house sitting on my sofa sipping my tea
22:32 and watching telly or watching YouTube that I don't need to go out but now and
