Fort Hood in Killeen, Texas has been renamed 'Fort Cavazos,' after the U.S. Army’s first Hispanic four-star general, Gen. Richard Edward Cavazos. The military installation is one of nine across the country dropping the names of Confederate commanders following recommendations from a congressional commission.
