My April Favorites {Makeup, Skin, and Hair}

00:08 my April favorites.
00:09 April kind of went by super fast.
00:13 Um, I think I have a decent amount of favorites.
00:16 I actually was sick during a good week and a half of the last week and a half of school
00:23 before I graduate.
00:25 Not fun.
00:26 Not fun one bit.
00:27 But here are my favorites because I survived April.
00:31 Is Wen's Spring Honey Lilac.
00:37 I got it in the 32 ounce when QVC was having Easy Does It Day.
00:44 So I lucked out.
00:46 I was one of the lucky people that got it on 4 easy payments which makes it completely
00:50 very very affordable for a broke self like myself.
00:54 I have to admit, look how gorgeous it makes my hair.
01:01 This just looks so nice but it smells so bad.
01:07 I don't like it.
01:08 I think maybe I don't like lilacs since I don't think I've ever really smelled lilacs.
01:15 Not a fan whatsoever at all.
01:19 And I was thinking about returning it but it makes my hair look this gorgeous and this
01:26 shiny and this soft.
01:29 So I kept it.
01:30 I kept it.
01:31 That's not even a word.
01:32 I kept it and even though I don't like the scent, thank god it does not linger, but my
01:37 hair is amazing.
01:38 It's so creamy.
01:39 It just lathers in so nicely except you know there's no bubbles.
01:43 It doesn't really lather but you know what I mean.
01:45 It's great.
01:46 I do recommend this to other people.
01:47 It's just everyone really loves this scent.
01:49 I think everyone likes lilacs and I'm just one of those weird people that don't like
01:52 lilacs.
01:53 So I still recommend this.
01:54 It's still my monthly favorite.
01:57 It's not really a favorite but I've been using it all of April.
02:01 It's the Nivea In-Shower Body Lotion for dry skin which is the Shea Butter.
02:06 It says to put it on after you wash your body.
02:09 Leave it on for about two minutes.
02:10 I wouldn't say it's full two minutes.
02:12 Maybe more, maybe less.
02:13 I'm not quite sure.
02:14 But I do leave it on for a little bit while I'm showering.
02:17 I'm feeling eh about it.
02:19 I mean it works and it's nice but I think I just got very spoiled by Lush's Ro-Ro conditioner.
02:25 This is no Ro conditioner.
02:26 I mean it works.
02:27 It does it's job.
02:28 I will continue to repurchase this.
02:30 But eh it works.
02:32 But I don't like the scent.
02:33 I'm not a big fan.
02:34 I wish it smelled better.
02:35 I don't feel like I have a weird residue afterwards.
02:38 I don't feel the need to moisturize.
02:41 So it's really nice.
02:43 Next on to beauty is the Kiss So Natural Sultry Lashes.
02:49 I bought a two pack when they were buy one get one half off.
02:53 So I got two of them.
02:54 These are my favorites.
02:55 Well actually I got four of them.
02:56 I already went through the other ones.
02:58 These are my favorites.
02:59 I like wearing these the most.
03:00 They give me a more natural look when I don't want to be like blown away with my lashes.
03:06 So I like these a lot.
03:07 They're simple.
03:08 I don't actually have to cut these.
03:09 I just put them on because they're the right length.
03:12 I really like them.
03:14 I also have been loving and using a lot is La Combe's Grandose Mascara.
03:21 It's got the girl Sephora convinced me to get it and I love her so I totally listened
03:25 and thank god I did.
03:27 It's got like this swan neck that's great for applying.
03:31 I really love this mascara.
03:33 I do not love the price tag.
03:35 I did buy it with a gift card so I was like I have a gift card why not.
03:39 Will I repurchase this?
03:40 I'm not sure because the problem that I have is I get a little raccoon eye going on later
03:46 throughout the day so I'm not liking that.
03:48 I probably honestly for that reason alone I won't repurchase it.
03:51 It makes my lashes look great even without lash primer or without using fake lashes.
03:56 It just smudges.
04:01 So not for me.
04:03 I'd like to give a shout out to NYX as a brand.
04:07 It's one of my favorites for the month.
04:09 NYX Illuminator in Rich Realistic.
04:12 I used it for my engagement photos and just basically everyday wear.
04:18 It's a lovely like white shimmery shade.
04:21 It's got a little yellow to it but not really.
04:25 Perfect for my super pale skin.
04:27 I've been loving my NYX Taupe Blush which I use as a bronzer because I'm that pale.
04:33 And I am almost done.
04:40 I've also been loving my MAC Viva Glam Miley lipstick which I am wearing in this video.
04:50 I love it.
04:51 It's such a perfect pink for the lovely spring that we've been having.
04:56 Next is my favorite perfume of the month which is literally all that I've been wearing is
05:00 Victoria's Secret Love Me.
05:02 I don't like the bottle.
05:04 The bottle is ugly.
05:05 Victoria's Secret, what were you thinking when you sent this bottle out?
05:08 It's ugly.
05:09 It doesn't even say the name of the perfume on the bottle.
05:11 But I love this scent.
05:12 It's a lovely vanilla sweet scent.
05:15 Not sugary but sweet.
05:17 A little musk in there.
05:19 You can't smell me from five feet away which is good.
05:21 It's not something that I want.
05:23 But everyone compliments me on it when you're close enough and in my zone to smell it.
05:27 So I really like it.
05:29 And so does some Stranger with Maul.
05:32 So that was a little for you that time that he just came up and sniffed me.
05:35 Well I mean he was right there and I was working.
05:37 But still.
05:38 I was like what are you doing?
05:39 Woo!
05:40 Anyway.
05:41 Anyway, anyway.
05:42 Not to creep myself out some more.
05:44 Now onto my nail care which is the last item of my April favorites is my Sweet Baby nail
05:52 oil in Peace of Mind.
05:54 It's a lovely um just nail oil.
05:57 The little thing I put on before um after I wash my hands before bed in my cuticles
06:02 on my nail bed.
06:04 It smells so good.
06:05 It's like a vanilla lavender scent.
06:07 I love lavender.
06:09 And then I also have this Simply Pure Hydrating Oil Pen in the fragrance free.
06:14 I also have the Winterberry scent.
06:16 The Winterberry actually stays in my purse.
06:17 Fragrance free is at home.
06:21 I do have a couple others.
06:22 I really like these two brands for my cuticle care.
06:26 It's really nice.
