Everyday Makeup And Hair Look

00:01 I'm at my grandma's house currently,
00:03 so if that's the background that you're wondering about.
00:08 So today, I decided to show you an everyday look for makeup
00:12 because I do my makeup almost every day.
00:16 Some days when I'm just at home,
00:18 I just like to keep it natural.
00:20 But if you're going out,
00:21 of course you wanna wear makeup
00:23 and you wanna look good
00:24 so you don't look like a witch or a zombie.
00:27 I've heard those comments before.
00:29 And so I'm just here to show you an everyday makeup idea
00:33 and an everyday hair idea for just everyday,
00:35 kinda simple, so you're not going out,
00:38 but just enough so you don't look like you're dead.
00:41 Okay, let's get into the video.
00:43 We just woke up, right?
00:45 And so we probably took a shower,
00:46 so we wanna blow dry our hair.
00:48 And that's why I have a blow dryer handy.
00:52 (blow dryer whirring)
00:56 So I'm not gonna have a clip of me blow drying my hair
00:59 'cause most of you probably already know how to do that.
01:01 Okay, now that you've finished
01:03 your blow drying of the hair,
01:05 it can either be full blown blow dried
01:07 or mostly blow dried,
01:09 but I just mostly,
01:10 we're gonna start with the hairstyle.
01:12 Since we're just an everyday going out to lunch
01:15 or something, I'm just gonna be doing a messy bun look.
01:19 So the first thing you're gonna do
01:21 is just put your hair in a really high ponytail.
01:24 Hair is in like a high bun.
01:27 This is a trick just to make your hair
01:29 look more like voluminous.
01:32 So you flip your hair upside down,
01:36 and when your hair's upside down,
01:38 like towards your face,
01:40 you're just gonna pull,
01:42 like tighten it like this,
01:44 and then flip it back,
01:45 and it will be like way more like volume and stuff.
01:48 Next, just taking your hair,
01:50 you're just gonna start twisting,
01:53 like in like,
01:54 and you're gonna make it like the twist kinda like big.
01:56 You don't want it to be too tight.
01:58 And you can tease your hair,
02:00 or if you just have naturally thick hair,
02:03 then you can just not tease your hair.
02:06 And you're just gonna shake it
02:07 so it doesn't get too tight.
02:10 And now since you have this thing,
02:12 you're just going to wrap that around,
02:17 and I'm actually gonna go this way,
02:20 and wrap that around your hair,
02:23 and then secure that with another ponytail
02:26 or a bobby pin.
02:27 So that is that.
02:36 And now if you wanna make it even more messy,
02:38 you can just take a brush
02:39 and like kinda brush out the front pieces.
02:41 And you can pull at the hair
02:51 so it's kinda not as tight.
02:53 And there you go.
02:55 That's your hair look.
02:57 Now for the makeup.
02:58 You're just gonna apply foundation,
03:00 concealer, and that kinda stuff.
03:03 Go like even further.
03:04 You can highlight and contour your face structure.
03:09 But that's just,
03:10 I just do that when I'm going out.
03:12 But this is an everyday look.
03:13 Keep it simple, guys.
03:15 I'm taking my mascara,
03:16 which is Big Eyes by Maybelline New York.
03:19 I'm just going to apply that to my upper and lower lashes.
03:22 This mascara has a lower lashes,
03:24 which is like a skinnier brush.
03:27 And the other side is for your upper lashes,
03:31 which is this kind of brush.
03:33 I'm in a mirror,
03:35 so I won't be looking in the camera.
03:37 So, yeah.
03:39 Now once your upper lashes are applied with mascara,
03:54 you're just gonna flip the thing around
03:55 or just use the same side
03:58 if you don't have a Big Eyes or one that's like this.
04:01 Or if you have a special, different mascara
04:04 for your lower lashes,
04:05 you're just going to do your lower lashes.
04:07 (indistinct chatter)
04:35 Okay, now your mascara is ready.
04:38 And I'm just going to apply some chapstick.
04:41 Since I'm going for a more natural look,
04:43 I'm just using this Baby Lips Sunscreen Chapstick,
04:46 which is in Peppermint, Mint flavor.
04:49 And just apply that to my lips.
04:51 And your everyday look is complete.
04:59 This is great for if you're just going somewhere
05:02 to like, to lunch.
05:04 And if you don't want to like, spend an hour on your makeup,
05:08 just do this look.
05:09 And you'll look great without spending like,
05:13 20,000 minutes on your makeup.
05:16 It's really simple and easy,
05:18 and it looks elegant enough to go places,
05:21 but without putting like, any effort.
05:23 And you can make it even more messy.
05:25 You can make it more like, formal.
05:28 But this is just how I like my hairstyle.

05:32 And the reason I decided to do a more simple look,
05:34 because I am at my grandmother's house,
05:37 and I did not take all my makeup,
05:40 because that would have been a lot to take.
05:42 So I'm just doing a simpler look,
05:44 with just some easier things to apply.
