US-based firm Conduent put under spotlight ahead of December myki takeover

The company contracted to overhaul Victoria's much maligned myki system is yet to rollout technology that allows commuters to use their phones in lieu of tickets in other major cities despite claims from the Andrews government. It's prompted questions from the Opposition about the rigour of the procurement process.
