April Favorites Makeup, Hair and Random

00:07 But anyway, hello everyone and welcome back to my channel. So today I have a super exciting
00:11 video for you guys. I have my April favorites and I do realize it's like the 5th, but I
00:17 decided I was going to make this channel like 4 days ago so it was already like the 2nd
00:21 or the 1st so sorry there. But I'm going to pre-film these on the 30th or the 29th so
00:30 they will be able to go out on the 1st of every month. So I'm going to try my hardest.
00:35 No I am going to do every single month. But yeah, so without further ado, let's go ahead
00:42 and start the video. So I have 3 categories. I have makeup, hair, and then a couple of
00:48 random favorites. And if you want more random favorites or hair favorites or makeup favorites
00:53 than what I have, let me know in the comments down below. Or if you want less of something,
00:59 let me know as well. So let's go ahead and get started. So the first thing that I have
01:05 is this Nivea Soft Moisturizing Cream Face Moisturizer. It doesn't really clarify as
01:12 a face moisturizer, but it comes in like this tube and it's so moisturizing. It's so lightweight.
01:21 It kind of goes on heavyweight for the first 10 seconds, but then when you really rub it
01:25 in, it's lightweight and it's just amazing to put under makeup or foundation or whatever
01:32 you may use. It's just great to put under there. And it's so moisturizing. When I first
01:39 got this, this tub has lasted me 10 months. It doesn't seem like it would, but it really
01:43 died last year one time. This is my first one. But I remember, I still remember, it's
01:48 so good that I still remember to this day. The first day it fit on, I used it morning
01:53 and night. Then I went to bed and I woke up and my skin was completely transparent. It
01:58 went from the shore rack to amazing. And my skin is dry just because it was just winter
02:04 here and I have very sensitive skin. But this has definitely helped it through the winter.
02:10 But my skin was just completely transformed and it's been that way since and it's continually
02:15 getting better. So yeah, I love that product. This next one is the Elf Snow White Palette.
02:22 And yeah, they do like princess ones. And this is what it looks like. It's literally
02:28 my favorite palette of all time. I finished this entire goldy, I was like goldy, shadow
02:35 that was just gorgeous to put right here as a lid color, as an inner corner, even to like
02:42 be tacky and put it right here. It was just absolutely gorgeous. And then, I am kind of
02:49 sick, so if you can hear that in my voice, I'm sorry. And then, yeah, I just like this
02:53 palette because all the shades go together. Like, I've hit pan on the screen. When you
02:58 bought this palette, would you ever think I would have hit pan on green? I didn't think
03:02 so. But they all go together so nicely. So you can mix like these two and these two to
03:08 just make the shadow cooler and/or warmer. Mostly cooler because they're like blues and
03:14 greens. So you make the browns cooler. And they are super pigmented, but they blend so
03:19 nicely together that you're able to do that. And you probably use more brown. I know that
03:24 I would use more brown than blue to make a cooler brown. So that's the Snow White palette.
03:30 I will show you swatches of the eyeshadows. I'm going to do that at the end of the video
03:36 because some people are interested in swatches and I have to stick my finger in them and
03:40 I don't want to get them all over the rest of my products. Next, this is Revlon Photo
03:44 Ready Bohemian Bohemian. And this is what it looks like. I really don't use these top
03:52 colors. I just really use these for inner corner, sometimes right here, lid, or sometimes
04:00 not really, under the brow bone. Just when I'm too lazy to pick out another color. But
04:06 not really under the brow bone. So this next is this mini New Dude eyeshadow by Leap Balm
04:12 in the color Fit. And this is just a super pretty bronzy like lid color. It's not really
04:19 transition color. A lot of people would first look at it and think outer corner or transition
04:25 color. But it's more of a really nice bronze look lid color. Super beautiful. These two
04:32 are just kind of like soft yellows and soft cream colors is how I would describe them.
04:38 So next my favorite lip combo at the moment which I'm currently wearing right now. It
04:43 looks a little more orangey. If I can... no? Okay. So on the bottom I first applied this
04:51 Butter lipstick in Pops BLS17 and that is this shade right here. I already have the
05:00 swatches done because I filmed this video. But so beautiful. So pretty. And then on top
05:06 of that I put the super shiny lip butter by Ulta in the shade Vienna which is right here.
05:13 This is what it looks like. I've had this for years and years and years but I know that
05:17 they're still selling them. At least I assume so because I'm pretty sure I saw them and
05:22 people use them all the time on YouTube. But usually YouTubers don't use things that are
05:26 discontinued. Also this could be discontinued. I'm not too sure. I got this a while ago.
05:32 But a couple of companies just carry their stuff on and on and on. I know that they definitely
05:37 have this type of stuff. I just don't know if they still have that one. So my next favorite
05:43 is this Rimmel London Show Off Lip Lacquer in Luna 500. And it's like this pretty orangey
05:50 color. Corally. I don't know. But it's super pretty and I really like it. The only thing
05:59 I noticed is that it takes like 20 minutes for it to matte down or dry down or whatever.
06:07 But before that 20 minutes they will come off when you drink. And you should be careful.
06:12 Make sure you do the finger and the mouth to get the inside off. Because I noticed before
06:20 it sets, that's Luna right there, it will get on your teeth while you're talking. And
06:27 I noticed that when I'm just sitting there watching TV right after I put it on, after
06:31 I do my makeup, it will get on your teeth even if you're not talking. So that is something
06:37 to be aware of. Oh, I just stuck my finger in it. So I only have a couple more. I'm trying
06:45 to look through these. It's this Wonder Blush from Rimmel London Mascara, the Argan Oil
06:51 one. And I'll go ahead and show you this. I love the formula. This is so smooth. And
06:56 for a joister mascara, it's better than a lot of MAC ones. And I absolutely love this
07:01 one and I will continue to repurchase and repurchase this. This is the Tarte one and
07:06 I like this so much better. I just love the formula and I'm more of a dry. That's why
07:10 I'm in between. But it doesn't get on. It's like a dry formula. But it goes on wet and
07:15 then like 10 seconds after it goes dry. My next favorite is this Pacifica Coconut Enthused
07:21 Eyeshadow in the Aetherio. It's a super pretty lid color and just a color to wear on its
07:26 own as an everyday look. I have a lot of favorites because it's my first favorite video. So my
07:32 next favorite is this 504 Elixir Inkle Brush. It's so soft and great for contouring, blush,
07:36 and highlighting. Then I have this Monaco Blush in Cosmopolitan and it's so subtle on
07:44 the cheeks. Guys, it's gorgeous. It's amazing. It's amazing. Then I also love the color,
07:53 the Revlon Color Burst Lip Glosses. These are amazing. They're beautiful and I have
08:02 these shades Bellini and Bejeweled. Bejeweled is more of a purple-y, nice, nudey. And then
08:19 Bejeweled is more of a nudey gloss. And they make your lips look bellini, bejeweled. I
08:25 will wear them on this channel forever. I'm not sure. So you'll see them and I'll tell
08:30 you that those were really bad swatches. They're so gorgeous. They make your lips look like
08:36 so plump and juicy and it really gives you that nice gloss. I'm not, ugh, she's my new
08:45 gloss type of thing. Alright, so moving on to hair. I'm sorry. I am kind of sick. I have
08:56 two shampoos. I have the Kirkland Professional Salon for New Love Moisture Shampoo for healthier,
09:02 softer, shiny looking hair. Moisture Nature and Complex. That looks like this. And then
09:08 I have the Matching Conditioner. These smell freaking amazing and they make my hair so
09:15 freaking soft. They're amazing. I love them to death. They're amazing. I love them. You
09:21 should go out and get them. I got these from Costco. They were super cheap. They're huge
09:26 bottles. These are 33.8 fluid ounces and they are amazing. I'm telling you. They're so good.
09:34 I love them. Definitely will be repurchasing them. I don't need any more shampoo in my
09:38 life. I'm good. My next shampoo is the Original Mint & Tang Moisturizer Texture Conditioner
09:48 and this stuff. I also have these shampoos. It's amazing. I swear. My hair started out
09:57 like this and then by summer it was like right, it was like, it was like down to my waist.
10:05 It grows out of your hair so fast. It's unbelievable. It smells good and I don't know. You could
10:16 also use it on your dogs. It cleans my hair. It's amazing. I love both of these shampoos
10:23 and I will forever use them. I'll just keep buying them and rotating them in and out.
10:27 These are almost gone so after this I will use these. These are both repurchases for
10:32 me. So yeah. That's all my hair products. So now moving on to my random favorites. I
10:38 have my, I'll show you. I have this thing right here. It's my Laugh Often little like
10:48 scentsy type thing but it's from Walmart and it was only $15. Not 40 centsy. And it's just
10:54 super cute and I love it. It's just so easy to not have to worry if I leave it on which
11:01 I usually don't. But if it was a candle it could burn my entire house down. If you're
11:07 wondering about my pink one, my friend made it for me from this pottery shop. But yeah.
11:13 So and then so another favorite is the Sweet Bakery Treats Raspberry Cookies and Cinnamon
11:22 Trio. I have the raspberry cookies burning me right now. And they smell so freaking good.
11:28 They smell like exactly what they're called. Raspberry Cookies and Cinnamon. But I love
11:34 them. They're so good. So good. I'm gonna plop another one in. But yeah. So I love these
11:40 and I could also, yeah. So. Yeah. Then I like this little thing that my friend got me. It
11:49 says For My Loving. She always does that. And it's just super cool I think. So and it's
11:56 a real flower also in there. So that's pretty cool. But yeah. So also speaking of candles,
12:05 I make my own candles. So if you guys would like a tutorial on how I make my own candles,
12:09 they're super cheap and I can make a bunch out of like $10 worth of stuff and they're
12:14 better than Bath and Body Works. If you don't think so, you can try the recipe and you can
12:19 figure it out for yourself. Because I was so sick of spending like $20 on that stuff.
12:23 But yeah. So I think that about covers it. So that is all for my favorites. So I'm gonna
12:31 go ahead and show you the swatches of my eyeshadows. So stay tuned if you want to see those.
12:39 So I'm gonna start off. Yeah. Oh no. So I'm gonna start off with the Snow White palette.
12:47 I can't show you the gold one because I finished it. So I'll start off with the green.
12:53 So that's the green one. I put these in the stupidest place.
13:00 There's the blue. And this palette was only $5.
13:22 Plus I got a mascara and a brush. So that was a pretty good deal. There's the black.
13:28 You're not gonna be able to see the lighter brown I don't think.
13:35 Because it's... Oh no you can. Because it's so close to my skin color. But there's the light brown.
13:49 And there's the dark brown.
13:50 So that's the Snow White palette. Absolutely amazing. Love it. So
13:59 that's that. $5 plus a mascara. That's like a $3 palette. Then the Revlon Photo Ready Bohemian.
14:12 These are kind of chalky because they're so old. But that's the brown. Super pigmented as well.
14:27 And then
14:31 there's that cream color.
14:57 There's the yellow color.
15:04 And then there's the pink color. The pink one is a cheap pigmented. And then
15:24 there's the turquoise.
15:30 Okay and then the
15:38 the Fit Eyeshadow by the Balm.
15:50 Oh that's blended in right with my skin color. But there's that one.
15:55 I will probably use it for sure and I'll tell you. But that's that. Super beauty.
16:03 Super pretty. Super beautiful.
16:05 And then blush.
16:11 So that's super pigmented which I like in the blush because I kind of go to town.
16:26 That's that. That's like $2. So I really like that. I'm not wearing that one today. This is
16:32 kind of more of an intense one. And then lastly this one.
16:45 And then I'll go ahead and give you butter squashes.
16:58 The lip glosses just because I felt like they were kind of crappy.
17:02 Yeah. Believe me. But anyway guys so that's it for this video. I'm completely covered in makeup.
