Ingredients:

Yogurt 1/2 Cup
Cream 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp or to taste
Red chilli powder 1/2 tbsp or to taste
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder 1/2 tbsp
Oil 1/3 Cup
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Bay leaf 1
Ginger Garlic paste crushed 1 tbsp
Onion sliced 1 medium size
Tinday 1/2 kg (cut in small pieces)
Green chillies 3-4
minutes.
Puree (1 tomato large size)
Kasuri methi 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Fresh coriander chopped 2 tbsp




✓ In a bowl,add yogurt,cream,red chilli powder,coriander powder,turmeric,salt powder,whisk well & set aside.
✓In a pan add cooking oil,cumin seeds,bay leaf and mix well.
✓ Add Ginger garlic paste and fry for 30 sec now ad onion fry for 1 minute and add round gourd, green chilli mix well & cook on medium flame for 6-7 minutes.
✓ Add pureed tomatoes,mix well & cook on medium flame for 5 minutes.
✓ Now add prepared cream mixture,mix well & cover and cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes until oil spreated.

✓ Add black pepper crushed,dried fenugreek leaves and coriander.

✓ Garnish green chilli & serve.
