You will love instant green chutney. You can use it with any snack, use it in sandwiches and many more things.

Fresh Coriander 1+ 1/2 cup
Mint leaves 1 cup
Curry Leaves 3 to 4
Green Chilli 3 to 4
A Small Piece of Ginger
Amchoor Powder 1/2 tsp
Jeera powder 1/2 tsp
Black Salt 1/2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp r to taste
Citric Acid (For preserve longer) 1/4 tsp
Roasted Gram 2/3 cup
Chaat Masala 1/4 tsp


Wash coriander,Mint & dry on a cloth to remove excess Water.
Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend well.
Dry it for a day to extend shelf life. and blend again.
Blend it without any water and store in an air tight container.
Store in the fridge. It will stay at room temperature for just 6 to 7 days.
