00:00 Hi guys, so today I'm doing a tutorial on Katy Perry's ET warrior look.
00:11 I got so many requests for this, it's insane.
00:17 I got emails, I got messages, I got comments, "Will you do an ET look?"
00:25 And after that I couldn't say no.
00:26 So today I did the warrior look.
00:29 That was my favorite part of the entire video.
00:31 The video was kinda meh-ish to me, but I loved the extra singing part where she started
00:38 like "na na na na".
00:42 Today I'm doing this ET look and if you want to know how I did this then please keep on
00:47 watching.
00:48 So the first thing we're gonna do are the brows and the colors I'm gonna use for that
00:53 are Omega eyeshadow by MAC and Charcoal Brown.
00:58 So with the Omega I'm just gonna like put some darkness on the front, like the beginning
01:05 of my eyebrows just to make it more defined.
01:10 So once you reach the end, straight out and up.
01:15 Now with Omega just kinda make a brow shape into it, then just one line.
01:28 Now I'm gonna take a brush like this and just kinda make it softer at the beginning.
01:32 I'm gonna take some Makeup Studio brow gel and just brush the hairs up for a more kind
01:40 of like warrior look.
01:43 And then with that brush again, brush them in place.
01:46 How you want them to end up staying up.
01:51 And then I'm just gonna take some concealer and pop that right under the brow to make
01:55 it more defined.
01:59 I already applied a base to my lids to prevent the eyeshadow from creasing or like anything
02:05 that is going on top to not crease.
02:08 So the first thing I'm gonna do is I'm gonna take a MAC 266 and we're going to cut the
02:14 crease like really extremely.
02:17 And cut the crease just like that brown line that is right there.
02:20 And for that I'm gonna grab Embark by MAC.
02:24 I'm just gonna take it and with that you kinda wanna go up, well not kinda, go a lot above
02:32 your crease and then go all the way to the bridge of your nose.
02:59 I'm gonna take my Sigma E45 and I'm gonna go into MAC's Swiss Chocolate.
03:08 What I'm gonna do is just blend above that line.
03:12 Just create depth.
03:15 Go up in a straight line.
03:19 Right here just make it nice and dark and as if it is really like deep set.
03:26 I can kinda blend above this part right here as well.
03:31 Doesn't really matter, I like it.
03:33 Now I'm gonna take this Makeup Studio 18 color eyeshadow palette and I'm gonna take this
03:41 MAC 239 and I'm gonna go into the white and I'm gonna apply that all over the lid and
03:48 to these inner fake corners.
03:58 Okay now I'm gonna add the like white thing she has on her eyes.
04:01 I'm gonna use Illamasqua's eye pencil in Elate.
04:07 And what you wanna do is kinda like draw ovals.
04:11 So it aren't really like circles, just like ovals.
04:19 One at the brow right here.
04:25 I kinda make the outline first and then fill them in.
04:31 And with that white eyeshadow from the Makeup Studio palette, set it.
04:36 So just set it with the white eyeshadow.
04:39 Now with the Swiss chocolate kinda make that brown fade into the spaces between the white
04:46 for more dimension into this look.
04:52 Once you have that on it's time for the eyeliner and the bottom part.
04:58 What you wanna do is just with the 226 from MAC and some Blackjack fluid line, create
05:03 an eyeliner then wing it out extremely and then from the bottom connect it to the top.
05:26 Okay once you have that eyeliner on you're gonna take some brushes and Embark again and
05:32 Swiss chocolate and you wanna make those shadows go from the point of the line all the way
05:39 into that point.
05:41 So you kinda get like that elongated cat eye look.
05:45 And just kinda place it there.
05:46 Just kinda look where you need it and go all the way to that other line right here.
05:58 And take a big brush like that and go in Embark again and then make that eyeshadow meet up
06:05 with the eyeliner and wing out as well.
06:08 Now I'm gonna take a Sigma 219 and I'm going into Swiss chocolate as I said and smoke it
06:16 out even more.
06:18 But then with the Swiss chocolate.
06:22 I'm going into the black and really make that inner corners really dark and then make it
06:29 go to the Embark and then make it go to the Swiss chocolate.
06:32 So you really have those inner corners like black, dark brown, Swiss chocolate.
06:38 I'm gonna apply some mascara.
06:40 I'm gonna use the Colossal Volume Express by Maybelline and some lashes which are the
06:47 Makeup Studio No. 4 for the brown print right here.
06:54 I'm gonna take Urban Decay's Whiskey eye pencil and then set it with Embark eyeshadow.
07:04 For the green I used Stache by Urban Decay and I set it with Kork eyeshadow from MAC.
07:15 And then for, this was all brown too but I wanted some color into it.
07:20 For the orange I used Illamasqua's Rhodie pencil.
07:26 So Katy Perry kind of like those medium dark brown lips.
07:51 I'm gonna be honest here if I apply medium brown to my lips I will look like I ate shit.
07:59 I'm not kidding.
08:00 I will look like I ate poo.
08:03 So instead of the brown lips I added some like pastel-y, pinky, sweet-y lips to make
08:10 this more appropriate for my face.
08:11 What I use is Naked lip liner which is da bomb.
08:17 Like next to my lip erase I found my new love which is Naked lip liner.
08:22 And then another new love is Playing Koi lipstick from the Quite Cute collection from
