00:00 (Christmas music)
00:02 Good evening, Lexbats.
00:09 Lexbats, because it's Halloween.
00:11 Get it?
00:14 I know, I know, it's a lot to take in.
00:16 I just thought of it last night and I'm like, man Lex.
00:18 Those of you guys who watch my videos,
00:20 you guys probably noticed I have an awesome new background.
00:22 I'm still trying to figure out the lighting
00:23 and everything so that way it'll be,
00:24 yeah, bleh, you don't care.
00:26 Now I know there's a lot of crack dolls
00:27 like all over YouTube, but then I thought to myself,
00:29 and it's okay to talk to yourself,
00:31 you don't have a crack doll on your channel at all.
00:34 You've actually never even done a crack doll ever.
00:37 So I created a crack doll.
00:39 Best story ever.
00:40 All the products I used today will be listed
00:42 somewhere around the video.
00:42 Don't forget to go to Facebook and check out my page.
00:44 Make sure you look by Lex and like.
00:46 Also don't forget to subscribe to my YouTube channel.
00:48 If you have any questions, comments, concerns,
00:50 feel free to contact me.
00:51 I'm starting off by applying Graf Dobie in Propaint
00:53 in white all over my face, neck, and chest.
00:55 And I'm just doing a really light coat of this.
00:57 Apply Urban Decay eye primer to your eyes
00:58 and then also go in with Strange from the Naked 3 palette
01:01 and apply it underneath your brows and in your inner corner.
01:03 I'm then applying the color Strange all over my eyelid
01:06 and also underneath my eye.
01:07 And I'm doing this using the new brush out of my new line
01:09 that will not be released until 2015.
01:11 Don't tell anybody.
01:12 Using the Stila white liquid eyeliner,
01:13 I'm then going underneath both of my eyes
01:15 to make them look larger.
01:16 Go ahead and line both of your eyes.
01:21 But for the one that's actually going to be there,
01:23 make sure you only line your tight line.
01:25 For the one that's going to be missing,
01:26 you can go ahead and line your entire eye.
01:28 Line your open eye very heavily with Catlike eyeliner
01:31 using the new Made You Look eyeliner that, once again,
01:33 will not be released until 2015.
01:35 I apologize.
01:36 [MUSIC PLAYING]
01:39 To give the eye a little bit more depth,
01:41 I'm going in with NYX gray eyeshadow
01:43 and just going underneath the eye.
01:44 For your missing eye, you can fill it in entirely
01:49 with Graf Dobie in Propaint in black or eyeliner.
01:51 [MUSIC PLAYING]
01:55 And to give this eye a little bit more depth as well,
01:58 I'm also going in with the NYX gray eyeshadow
02:00 and just lining around it.
02:01 Make sure you leave a little bit of a space
02:03 just to show there's an edge there.
02:04 [MUSIC PLAYING]
02:08 If you want to make the highlights of that edge
02:12 stand out even more, you can also go in with white eyeliner.
02:14 [MUSIC PLAYING]
02:18 Using Kat Kusk's new NARS liquid liner,
02:22 I'm going to line my lower lash line.
02:23 [MUSIC PLAYING]
02:26 Using Kat Kusmetik's airbrush paint and a stippling brush,
02:29 I'm then going in and applying my blush.
02:32 I'm using Strange from the Naked 3 palette
02:33 and just filling in all of my smile lines.
02:35 This will make the doll look like it
02:37 has a little bit of a smirk even when it's not smiling at all.
02:39 [MUSIC PLAYING]
02:43 As well as also contouring around my nose
02:49 to make it look a little bit more cute.
02:50 Using a stippling brush and brown body paint
02:52 to contour the doll.
02:53 [MUSIC PLAYING]
02:55 As well as using the Made You Look foundation brush
02:57 just to smooth it all out.
02:58 [MUSIC PLAYING]
03:01 For my lips, I'm using the same Kat Kusmetik's airbrush paint.
03:04 [MUSIC PLAYING]
03:07 To apply all the cracks to your doll's face,
03:08 I'm using the Made You Look detail brush
03:10 and Graftobian Pro Paint in black.
03:11 For mine, I referenced the dolls from the Alice Madness
03:13 Returns video game, which is an awesome game, by the way.
03:16 But there are so many dolls on the internet
03:17 that you guys can reference.
03:19 [MUSIC PLAYING]
03:22 [MUSIC PLAYING]
03:25 Now, what really makes these cracks look three dimensional
03:42 is actually the shading and highlighting.
03:44 Just like around my missing eye, I'm
03:45 going in with the NYX light gray eyeshadow
03:47 and just going along the edges of the cracks.
03:49 Leave a space in between the shading and the crack itself
03:52 to show that there is an edge.
03:53 At some points, I'm also going in with black eyeshadow
03:55 just to deepen up that little edge.
03:57 [MUSIC PLAYING]
04:00 If you want your cracks to stand out even more,
04:19 you could very steadily go in with Graftobian Pro Paint
04:22 and a fine artist brush.
04:24 [MUSIC PLAYING]
04:27 The collar is actually a lot easier than it looks.
04:37 I'm just applying Graftobian Pro Paint in white
04:38 with a foundation brush right across my neck
04:40 and then creating the little ruffles by not adding
04:42 as much water to the paint.
04:43 [MUSIC PLAYING]
04:46 The actual laces, like on Super Speed--
04:48 when I say Super Speed, I mean this is fed up times 1,000.
04:50 But to create the lace itself, I'm
04:52 then using Graftobian Pro Paint in white and a fine artist
04:54 brush and just making loops.
04:56 All the lace is just loops.
04:57 [MUSIC PLAYING]
05:01 What really makes it stand out is the shading from the NYX gray
05:13 eyeshadow.
05:14 This gives a little bit more of three dimension.
05:16 Make sure you also put it within the lace
05:18 because the lace is see-through.
05:19 [MUSIC PLAYING]
05:22 For my little puffy arm things on my dress,
05:28 I'm applying the same white body paint.
05:30 While it's still wet, just smearing it with my hands
05:32 to make it look a little bit more sheer.
05:33 [MUSIC PLAYING]
05:36 I'm then applying teal Graftobian Pro Paint
05:38 for my dress and finishing it up by shading it
05:43 with NYX gray eyeshadow.
05:44 [MUSIC PLAYING]
