00:18 Good evening, Lexbots.
00:20 So last Christmas, I gave you my heart.
00:23 I ended up doing, because you know, Christmas, holidays, a lot of like, cute things.
00:27 And cute isn't usually my thing.
00:30 So I've been concocting some more like, evil Christmas holiday looks this year.
00:35 So therefore, I present to you today, the Peppermint King.
00:38 Or Queen.
00:39 All products I use today will be listed somewhere around the video.
00:41 And please don't forget to follow me on other social media.
00:43 That will be linked in the description below.
00:45 And also don't forget to subscribe to my YouTube channel.
00:47 If you have any questions, comments, concerns, feel free to contact me.
00:51 I'm starting off using Graftobian Pro Paint in white and covering my entire face using a foundation brush.
00:56 Now a lot of these steps are similar to the Pumpkin King tutorial.
00:58 So if you guys want to check that out, there is a link in the corner.
01:01 I'm then using Sugarpill's red eyeshadow in an angled brush to sketch out my eyes.
01:04 As well as the line where my cheekbones are.
01:06 *Christmas music*
01:11 I'm then generally also bringing that eyeshadow up into kind of like, peppermint cracks.
01:15 None of the outlines have to be perfect right now, because we're going to detail them in a bit.
01:18 My candles are like, going insane in the background. Focus.
01:21 *Christmas music*
01:23 To make the actual peppermint eyes, I'm outlining it in red body paint using a detail brush.
01:27 Then I'm also going in and making the peppermint lines.
01:31 I don't know how else to describe it.
01:33 You don't have to worry so much about it actually being on your eyelid.
01:36 Because we're going to be putting eyeshadow over that anyways.
01:38 *Christmas music*
01:47 Apply eye primer to both of your eyelids.
01:49 Only your eyelids, because it's going to smudge the body paint out a little bit to give you a little bit of a red base.
01:53 I'm then using my double-ended brush in Sugarpill's red eyeshadow and just tapping it on my lid.
01:58 As well as adding a little bit of that shadow underneath my eye.
02:00 Because of the fact that your nose is not a flat surface, this is a little bit of a tedious nose to do.
02:05 You want to use red body paint and a detail brush and bring your peppermint into a point at the tip of your nose.
02:10 This may take a little bit of patience, because like I said, your nose is curvy.
02:13 *Christmas music*
02:26 The lip application is very similar to the pumpkin king, except we're using red body paint.
02:30 You can go ahead and fill in your lips first using the detail brush.
02:33 Then go ahead and draw a zigzag on each side.
02:36 You want it to be more uneven.
02:38 Not like a perfect zigzag, like a really weird EKG.
02:40 You then want to go ahead and draw another zigzag right underneath it.
02:43 Pretty much the same thing, just connect it in some areas.
02:46 All the gaps that you see open in the mouth area, you can then fill those in solid.
02:50 *Christmas music*
02:55 If you want to give it a little bit more of a cracked candy effect,
02:58 you can go ahead and draw your cracks very thin from each point in your mouth.
03:02 *Christmas music*
03:09 Using my double ended brush and sugar pill red eyeshadow,
03:12 I'm then going ahead and contouring my face.
03:14 Except, you know, with red.
03:16 Be sure to drag it pretty far down and also blend that out.
03:18 *Christmas music*
03:21 I'm also adding a little bit of this shading in between the spikes for the mouth.
03:24 *Christmas music*
03:28 To darken up underneath my cheekbones, I'm then going in with red body paint and just smudging that out.
03:33 *Christmas music*
03:34 I'm once again using my double ended brush and red eyeshadow to draw in the contouring above my eyebrows,
03:39 and then also underneath my eyes, and generally just giving it some shading and filling in some color.
03:43 *Christmas music*
03:46 Just because I didn't want to forget about my ears, no particular reason other than I wanted my ears to be pepperminty,
03:51 I'm using red body paint and an angled brush to just put some stripes around my ears.
03:55 Don't ever question when someone wants peppermint ears.
03:57 *Christmas music*
03:59 For my body, I'm starting off with the white stripes first.
04:02 I'm using Gryptopian Pro Paint in white and then also a Madeyewlook foundation brush.
04:06 *Christmas music*
04:13 I'm also doing the same thing in the other spaces using red body paint,
04:16 and I'm just making swirls at the bottom of some of those lines where the peppermints are going to go.
04:20 *Christmas music*
04:27 Just like the stripes, I'm starting off with white for all of the peppermints.
04:30 And I'm filling them in wherever I want them to go using a detail brush.
04:34 *Christmas music*
04:48 Of course, do the exact same thing but use red body paint to finish off those peppermints.
04:52 *Christmas music*
05:04 Go ahead and use a detail brush, angled brush, and red or white body paint
05:08 to make those swirls around the peppermints a little bit nicer and cleaned up.
05:12 Anything that looks messy or unfinished, you can go ahead and fix now.
05:15 *Christmas music*
05:25 Now to make this look a little bit more festive because I made it a little bit frightening,
05:30 I am including lit glitter in the color Kiss.
05:33 *Christmas music*
05:53 Bye! Don't forget to subscribe! Yes!
05:57 No, Kaden, we don't eat peppermints. You got glitter on your face.
06:01 You got glitter on your nose. You got glitter all over!
06:05 *Kaden groans*
06:07 Kaden, you're not supposed to be the character.
06:09 I'm supposed to be the character.
