00:00 Hi, I am Ashima Kapoor and I am going to teach you how to achieve this look.
00:09 Now this is a smoky eye with a matte pink lip off.
00:12 This is something that you can sport at a party, a red carpet event or even a prom.
00:19 I am using a highlighter, a Christian Dior highlighter to highlight under the eyebrows.
00:29 Now you must remember that the highest highlight area is right under the arch.
00:33 So that area should be highlighted way more than the rest of it.
00:39 Now the next step for a nice bronze black smoky eye is to take a bronze in the palette
00:46 itself.
00:47 Use it over the lid.
00:48 Use the highlighter yet again to just blend the both together.
01:06 The next step is to do the eyeliner.
01:18 Now we take a black eye shadow and we smoke the eyeliner.
01:21 We do it with an angular brush.
01:35 Now if I want to make this eye a little more black I need to take another Christian Dior
01:46 black eye shadow and go around the eyes.
01:51 Maybe on the outer corner you can also blend it over the bronze just to give it a deeper
01:58 colour.
01:59 The next step is we are going to use false eyelashes on her because her lashes are very
02:02 very tiny.
02:03 Wait for the glue to semi dry and then use it on the eyes.
02:19 The next step is to run the eyeliner over the lashes so that the eyelash glue doesn't
02:25 show up.
02:26 So we are going to cover the lash line with the eyeliner.
02:44 The inner rim of the eye in the water line.
02:54 And we smoke the kohl with a black eye shadow.
03:01 Now the next step is to do the foundation.
03:07 We are going to use a shade which is absolutely a close match to her skin tone.
03:15 Now I am using it with a buffer brush.
03:16 You can directly do the foundation with a buffer brush so that it just gets massaged
03:22 into the skin.
03:23 So we are using an under eye concealer to conceal the under eye area.
03:28 Just to powder the foundation.
03:29 So we are going to softly powder the face.
03:30 Just to seal the foundation.
03:31 We will now contour the face with the blush itself.
03:32 So we are going to use a concealer.
03:33 So we are using a deep brown color a brownish pink color blush to just contour the cheeks.
04:02 Now this acts as a contour plus a blush.
04:13 We will also use a highlighter powder on the cheekbones.
04:23 Basically line the lips.
04:37 So I am giving her a nice pink rose pink color.
04:59 Now matte colors are in vogue so we are doing a matte color.
05:00 We are not doing a glossier look.
05:01 For brows we are going to use a deep brown eye shadow.
05:02 Just to finish off the entire look we are going to just match the eye brow color to
05:09 the hair color.
05:10 A transparent mascara so that they don't move out of place.
05:20 So here you go.
05:21 This is your red carpet look which you can sport at either a party or a red carpet event
05:25 or even a prom.
05:28 This can be sported either with a golden gown or a red gown.
05:31 It could be black.
05:32 It could be anything because the colors used are very neutral.
05:34 It's a black brown smokey eye.
05:36 Hope you like it.
05:37 Thanks for watching.
05:40 Bye.
